Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through consistent market scanning and lead generation.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Execute strategic recovery plans to re-engage inactive accounts and turn them into productive partners.
- Conduct regular field visits to meet with prospective and current clients to present lighting solutions.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for the Davao Region.
- Prepare accurate and timely sales reports, market feedback, and competitor analysis for management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and implementation of products for all accounts.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in field sales, trade merchandising, or business development.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to solve complex customer problems effectively.
- Knowledge of the electrical or lighting industry is a distinct advantage.
- Must be willing to perform field work within the Davao Region and possess a valid driver's license.
