Tanggung Jawab
- Attain and exceed monthly sales targets assigned by management.
- Conduct field visits to prospective customers and promote company products and services.
- Present and demonstrate vehicle features, benefits, and financing options to potential buyers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure repeat business.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and documentation for the sales manager.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to close sales effectively.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Provide excellent after-sales support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- At least a high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
- Proven experience in field sales or direct selling, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory (Cavite area).
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and have access to a motorcycle (preferred).
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Customer-focused attitude with a high degree of professionalism and integrity.
