Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive market scanning to identify new business opportunities in Dipolog City and surrounding areas
- Develop and execute strategies to recover inactive accounts and re-establish client relationships
- Ensure assigned accounts meet or exceed quarterly sales targets through proactive account management
- Present Firefly Electric & Lighting's product portfolio to potential and existing clients
- Prepare detailed sales reports and performance metrics for management review
- Collaborate with the sales team to implement regional growth initiatives
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in electrical/lighting industry
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport
- Knowledge of local market dynamics in Zamboanga del Norte region
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
