- Proactively identify and engage potential customers through field visits, cold calling, and networking
- Present vehicle features and financing options to align with customer needs
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective lead conversion
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals
- Collaborate with finance and service departments to ensure seamless customer experience
- Prepare accurate sales documentation and maintain CRM data
- Stay updated on product knowledge and competitor offerings
Kualifikasi
- 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in automotive industry
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
