Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities in the Bulacan region.
- Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and prospective customers through regular visits and communication.
- Promote and sell the company’s range of electrical lighting products and services to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Perform on-site product demonstrations and provide technical advice to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and activity logs to track progress and inform management strategies.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Kualifikasi
- Graduate of any business-related course (BSBA, Marketing, Sales Management, etc.) or equivalent work experience.
- Proven track record of success in field sales or customer service roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for building client relationships.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory (Plaridel and nearby areas) as required.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet strict deadlines.
- Familiarity with electrical products or the construction industry is a distinct advantage.
