Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the manufacturing, transport, and logistics sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Present product demonstrations and sales pitches to potential customers
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly sales targets
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of field sales experience in manufacturing, transport, or logistics
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
