Field sales executives, also known as field sales representatives, are essential to most sales teams. In this dynamic role, you will be the face of the company, driving revenue by connecting directly with potential clients in the Metro Manila area. We are looking for a motivated individual who thrives on building relationships and is ready to hit the ground running.
Your primary focus will be on identifying new business opportunities, conducting product presentations, and negotiating contracts to close sales. You will manage your own territory, ensuring that client needs are met while consistently exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets. Tanggung Jawab
- Visit potential clients in assigned territories to introduce products or services.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to highlight value propositions.
- Identify and assess the needs of potential clients to match them with the company's offerings.
- Negotiate terms of sales agreements and close deals to achieve revenue goals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, market feedback, and competitor activities.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor strategies to adjust sales approaches accordingly.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a field-based environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Strong ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Resilience and the ability to handle rejection positively.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
