You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by understanding our customers' unique logistics needs and providing world-class shipping solutions. Tanggung Jawab

  • Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities to expand DHL's customer base in the Kuala Lumpur region.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts through consistent engagement and value-added solutions.
  • Conduct professional sales presentations and negotiate service agreements that align with company profitability targets.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and increase market share.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by serving as the primary point of contact for logistics inquiries and problem-solving.
  • Collaborate with internal operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline records in our CRM system.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven track record in B2B field sales, preferably within the logistics, courier, or supply chain industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue and activity KPIs.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driving license and own vehicle preferred for client visits.
