Your efforts will directly impact our market presence and help transform how properties are discovered and transacted across the Philippines.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain relationships with real estate brokers and property partners
- Identify and onboard new broker clients to expand Lamudi's property portfolio
- Conduct market research to identify emerging real estate trends and opportunities
- Present Lamudi's platform solutions to potential business partners
- Achieve monthly sales targets for broker acquisition and property listings
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new partners
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance analytics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1-3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in real estate or tech
- Proven track record in client acquisition and relationship management
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino
