Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and onboard merchants for QRIS Soundbox payment solutions across Jakarta Raya
- Conduct in-person merchant consultations to demonstrate Flip Kasir integration benefits
- Develop and maintain strong merchant relationships to ensure high adoption rates
- Exceed monthly acquisition targets through strategic territory management
- Collaborate with marketing team to execute local merchant engagement campaigns
- Provide comprehensive product training and ongoing support to merchants
- Generate detailed sales reports and market intelligence for leadership review
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales or merchant acquisition experience
- Proven track record meeting/exceeding sales targets in fintech or payments sector
- Strong understanding of Indonesian retail ecosystem and merchant pain points
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficiency with CRM software and digital sales tools
- Valid motorcycle license and ability to travel across Jakarta Raya
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
