Tanggung Jawab
- Achieve 100% call and visit coverage for all assigned 3S shops and parts dealers within designated territory
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular visits and proactive communication
- Promote and sell Yamaha spare parts, accessories, and related products to meet sales targets
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare and submit weekly sales reports, forecasts, and customer visit documentation
- Coordinate with logistics team to ensure timely inventory replenishment and stock availability
- Provide product knowledge training to dealership staff on Yamaha spare parts catalog
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any field (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport
- Proactive, target-driven mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Valid driver's license with willingness to travel within Metro Manila
- Basic knowledge of automotive parts and components is advantageous
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
