Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and engage potential clients for generator sales through field visits and market research
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Present product demonstrations and technical specifications to meet customer requirements
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective lead generation and conversion
- Prepare and deliver professional sales proposals with accurate pricing and delivery terms
- Collaborate with technical team to provide comprehensive customer solutions
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of field sales experience, preferably in power equipment or industrial machinery
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with proven track record of meeting targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in Bahasa Indonesia
- Valid driver's license with willingness to travel across Jakarta area
- Technical aptitude to understand generator specifications and applications
- Goal-oriented mindset with self-discipline and time management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred
