- Identify and generate new sales leads through field prospecting, cold calls, and market research
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships in the Banjarmasin territory

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or bachelor's degree in business/marketing (preferred)
- 1+ years of B2B sales or field sales experience
- Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
