Raumedic Pte Ltd is seeking a strategic and results-driven Field Sales Manager to lead our expansion across the high-growth markets of India, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka.

In this pivotal role, you will be the face of Raumedic, driving the adoption of our high-precision polymer solutions and medical-grade components. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, fostering relationships with key stakeholders in the medical device manufacturing industry, and delivering consultative sales strategies that provide real value to our clients. We are looking for an individual who thrives in international environments, understands the regulatory landscape of the medical plastic industry, and possesses the tenacity to build market share in South Asia.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for the medical and pharmaceutical plastics market in India, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka.
  • Identify and qualify new business prospects, moving them through the sales pipeline from lead generation to contract closure.
  • Conduct professional presentations and technical demonstrations of Raumedic's specialized plastic solutions to potential OEM partners.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers, purchasing managers, and engineering teams at target medical device companies.
  • Coordinate with global product management and engineering teams to ensure client requirements are met with precision.
  • Monitor competitive activity and market trends in the South Asian medical device landscape to refine our regional approach.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets while maintaining healthy gross margins.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in B2B field sales, preferably within medical devices, pharmaceutical packaging, or plastic injection molding.
  • Demonstrated success in managing sales territories within the Indian market.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand complex manufacturing processes and medical regulations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region to support market development.
  • Proven ability to work independently in a remote or international field-based role.
