Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and nurture strong, lasting relationships with new and existing clients within assigned territories.
- Proactively promote and present a diverse range of products and services, effectively communicating their value propositions.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor product placement, market conditions, competitor activities, and gather valuable customer feedback.
- Ensure the smooth execution of sales transactions, from order placement to delivery, and provide exceptional post-sales support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives and product availability.
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports and market analyses, providing insights to management for strategic decision-making.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base and achieve ambitious sales targets.
- Represent PSV Jobconnections and our clients with professionalism and enthusiasm at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in field sales, marketing, or a customer-facing role is highly preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and maintain strong client relationships.
- Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a dynamic field environment.
- A keen understanding of sales principles, customer service, and market dynamics.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office Suite, email).
- Willingness to travel extensively within Paranaque City and the wider Metro Manila area.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a distinct advantage.
