Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Promote products through effective on-site demonstrations and engaging presentations.
- Regularly visit stores and agricultural sites to monitor product availability and placement.
- Ensure smooth transaction processes and address client concerns in a timely manner.
- Analyze local market trends to identify new business opportunities and competitive advantages.
- Prepare regular sales reports and feedback summaries for management review.
- Collaborate with the logistics and supply chain teams to ensure product stock consistency.
Kualifikasi
- College degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in field sales, retail merchandising, or brand marketing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
- Must be highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Angono and surrounding Rizal areas.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office) for reporting purposes.
- A proactive "hunter" mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
