Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with farm owners and store managers.
- Execute promotional activities and product displays to increase brand visibility in the field.
- Monitor inventory levels and product performance in assigned areas to ensure market availability.
- Facilitate smooth and efficient business transactions between the company and clients.
- Provide regular feedback and reports on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Resolve client concerns on-site to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales and marketing targets for the assigned territory.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in field sales, trade marketing, or account management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a willingness to travel to different sites in Rizal.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and comfortable using mobile reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high productivity.
- Reliable, organized, and results-driven attitude.
