Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and nurture strong, lasting relationships with new and existing clients across assigned territories.
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales and marketing opportunities to expand market share and achieve ambitious sales targets.
- Effectively present and promote company products/services to potential customers, clearly articulating their features, advantages, and benefits.
- Conduct regular field visits to various locations, including retail stores and agricultural farms, for product promotion, market research, and client engagement.
- Ensure accurate processing of sales orders and facilitate smooth, efficient transactions from inquiry to completion.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support, promptly addressing client inquiries, concerns, and feedback to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and gather valuable customer insights to contribute to the development of effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive sales reports, activity logs, and forecasts to management on a regular basis.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience (1+ years) in field sales, direct marketing, or a customer-facing role, preferably within the retail or agricultural sectors.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively.
- Goal-oriented individual with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales quotas and performance metrics.
- Solid understanding of sales principles, customer service best practices, and market development strategies.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while on the field.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office Suite) for reporting and communication.
- Must possess a valid driver's license (if applicable to the role) and be willing to travel extensively within Taytay, Rizal, and surrounding areas.
- A degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous but relevant work experience will also be highly valued.
