Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Present product offerings and demonstrate product features to customers
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and activity plans
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies
- Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns promptly
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma, bachelor's degree in business or marketing preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or field sales role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with cosmetic industry products is a plus
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Bekasi area
