Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory to drive branch growth.
- Conduct market research to understand client needs, financial goals, and competitive landscape.
- Promote and sell BDO loan products, including personal loans, auto loans, and SME financing.
- Assess creditworthiness of applicants and prepare complete loan applications for underwriting.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service and follow-up.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals consistently.
- Collaborate with the branch team to ensure smooth loan processing and disbursement timelines.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or any related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or banking is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a commission-based environment.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable means of transportation are required.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and strong work ethics.
- Basic knowledge of financial products and lending processes.
