Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily van-selling operations in accordance with company routes and sales targets.
- Identify and prospect new retail accounts to expand our distribution network.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and ensure accurate product loading and unloading from the company vehicle.
- Process sales orders, collect payments, and manage documentation with high attention to detail.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing actionable feedback to the sales management team.
- Ensure all company assets, including the sales van and promotional materials, are kept in excellent condition.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma, Vocational Course graduate, or Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Proven experience in van-selling, field sales, or FMCG distribution is a significant advantage.
- Must possess a valid Professional Driver’s License with restrictions for light commercial vehicles.
- Excellent communication skills, both in English and the local dialect.
- Strong negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting rigorous daily targets.
- Willingness to perform physical tasks associated with loading and handling inventory.
