Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new leads within the assigned territory to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Conduct regular field visits to meet with potential and existing clients to present our products/services.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the company CRM.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with the internal marketing and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in field sales or business development.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Proven ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
- High level of self-motivation, independence, and goal-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Carmona and nearby areas in Cavite.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, Google Workspace).
- Valid professional driver’s license is a significant advantage.
