Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate and supervise daily sales and marketing activities across all assigned customer accounts.
- Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention and repeat business.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor market performance, competitor activities, and stock availability.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory to expand the company's footprint.
- Ensure that all promotional activities are implemented according to company standards and guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in field sales, merchandising, or account management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a focus on closing deals.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and administrative tasks.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively in the field.
- A proactive mindset with a demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs.
- Must be willing to travel within the assigned area in Metro Manila.
