Field Sales Representative – Zamboanga Peninsula
Pelican Distribution, Inc. is currently seeking a passionate and results-driven Field Sales Representative to manage our vanselling operations in the Zamboanga Peninsula region. As a leading distributor, we pride ourselves on delivering quality products to our retail partners, and we need a dynamic individual to maintain and grow our presence in the field.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys the freedom of the road and the challenge of closing sales. You will be responsible for daily route management, product delivery, and account development, with a focus on achieving sales targets and building strong customer loyalty.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage assigned vanselling routes, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of products to retail customers.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by management.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory to expand the customer base.
- Collect payments from customers and ensure accurate cash handling and reporting.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, and report insights to the sales team.
- Ensure proper merchandising and product placement in stores to maximize visibility and sales.
- Maintain company vehicle and assets in good condition and report any issues promptly.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in field sales, vanselling, or a similar role.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the Zamboanga Peninsula.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to plan efficient routes.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and sales reporting tools.
- Must be reliable, honest, and able to work with minimal supervision.
