Your day-to-day activities will involve identifying new business opportunities, conducting product demonstrations, and closing deals. - Conduct active field visits and attend roadshow events to promote Company's services and products directly to potential clients.
- Identify, qualify, and generate new sales leads through direct outreach, networking, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers to ensure retention and loyalty.
- Present product demonstrations and clearly articulate the value proposition of our services to decision-makers.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, track leads, and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system daily.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate roadshow schedules and maximize client attendance.
- Meet and consistently exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in field sales, direct sales, or business development roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and persuasive demeanor.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle objections effectively.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for field travel.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to travel within Metro Manila and attend evening networking events or roadshows.
