Tanggung Jawab
- Drive sales growth in assigned territory through direct customer engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
- Present and demonstrate products to highlight features and benefits
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales activity reports
- Collaborate with team to develop effective sales strategies
- Ensure customer satisfaction through post-sales follow-up
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 72 college units from an accredited institution
- Valid Driver's License (RC 12 or equivalent)
- Proven experience in sales or strong passion for sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory
- Basic computer literacy for reporting tasks
