- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly performance targets.
- Visit potential clients and conduct professional product demonstrations to showcase value propositions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Research the local market to identify new business opportunities and target demographics.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, update the CRM database, and track sales activities daily.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align on promotional campaigns and local events.
- Adhere to all company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards during field visits.
- Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activities to the management team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field is preferred.
- Proven track record of success in sales or customer-facing roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive demeanor.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Cebu region.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
