Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients within the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular field visits to promote company products and services.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to grow our customer base.
- Prepare and present sales reports to the management team accurately and on time.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving client concerns promptly.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and effective sales techniques.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree in Business or Marketing is a plus.
- Proven experience in field sales, retail, or customer-facing roles is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive 'can-do' attitude.
- Ability to work independently while remaining aligned with team goals.
- Must be based in or willing to work in Naga City, Camarines Sur.
- Proficiency in local dialects and basic computer literacy.
