Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular field visits to identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Present and demonstrate company products and services to meet customer needs and close sales.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies and achieve monthly quotas.
- Provide exceptional customer service and accurate after-sales support.
- Submit daily/weekly sales reports and market feedback to management.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in field sales, retail sales, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to persuade others.
- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle (required for field travel).
- Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region in Bulacan and Central Luzon.
