Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective field sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Conduct regular field visits to meet prospective and existing clients within the Cavite area.
- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate long-term customer relationships.
- Deliver professional product presentations to potential clients, addressing their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and documentation for management review.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Field Sales Representative, Sales Executive, or similar customer-facing role.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate persuasively.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage travel routes.
- High level of self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and reporting tools.
- A valid driver's license or ability to commute efficiently within Imus City and surrounding areas.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
