Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to penetrate the assigned territory and meet sales quotas.
- Conduct regular field visits to identify prospective clients and foster new business partnerships.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using persuasive communication to existing and prospective customers.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and proactive problem-solving.
- Analyze local market trends and competitor activities to refine sales pitches and strategies.
- Coordinate with the internal marketing team to align on promotions and brand positioning.
- Prepare accurate and timely sales reports, activity logs, and territory performance summaries for management.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Field Sales Representative, Sales Associate, or similar commercial role.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, customer relationship management (CRM), and field operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in the field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and travel effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or Marketing is a plus.
- Residency within or near Zamboanga City is preferred.
