Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute territory sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular field visits and consultations
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for residential/commercial prospects
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver customized HVAC solutions
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare detailed sales reports and maintain accurate CRM data
- Train clients on system operation and maintenance best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years proven sales experience in HVAC or technical products industry
- Documented success in leadership roles and team management
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and industry standards
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
