Tanggung Jawab
- Support Regional Sales Manager in achieving quarterly and annual sales objectives
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships within assigned territory
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and cold outreach
- Present company products/services to potential clients and negotiate contracts
- Prepare and submit regular sales activity reports and forecasts
- Collaborate with marketing team to execute local promotional activities
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in field sales or account management
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of Tarlac region market preferred
