Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients within the Bulacan area.
- Execute daily sales visits to ensure product placement and brand visibility in retail outlets.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales volume and distribution targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitive trends.
- Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
- Handle client inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely product delivery and inventory replenishment.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the food and beverage or FMCG industry.
- High school diploma or vocational training; college degree in Business or a related field is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of the Bulacan region and local retail landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Must be highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to perform field work and travel within Bulacan daily.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license is highly preferred.
