- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and networking
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and needs assessment
- Present product demonstrations tailored to client requirements and industry trends
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while meeting monthly/quarterly targets
- Prepare detailed sales reports and maintain accurate client data in CRM systems
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop localized sales strategies
- Provide market intelligence and competitor analysis to inform product development
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of direct sales experience, preferably in field sales roles
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license with own transportation for field assignments
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client relationships
- Knowledge of Pampanga market and local business landscape preferred
