- Conduct in-person client meetings to promote products/services and build lasting relationships
- Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research
- Develop and execute personalized sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Prepare detailed sales reports and maintain accurate client databases
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns
- Stay current with industry trends and product knowledge to provide expert guidance

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of field sales experience in B2B environment
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills with ability to articulate value propositions
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for field visits
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
