Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily sales routes to ensure full coverage of assigned retail outlets.
- Actively solicit orders and secure sales to meet or exceed monthly volume targets.
- Monitor inventory levels at customer stores and facilitate timely replenishment.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify new distribution opportunities and potential clients.
- Implement trade marketing initiatives and ensure brand visibility through proper product placement.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with store owners and key decision-makers.
- Prepare accurate daily sales reports and provide market feedback to the sales supervisor.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in sales, merchandising, or customer-facing roles is highly preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills in English and Filipino.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field-based environment.
- A proactive mindset with a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
- Physical capability to navigate assigned routes throughout the business day.
- Must be willing to work on a contract basis in the Paco, Metro Manila area.
