Tanggung Jawab
- Execute sales strategies and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets for the Asahan region.
- Visit retail outlets, supermarkets, and distributors to promote products and drive sales.
- Manage relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
- Monitor inventory levels at partner stores and coordinate stock replenishment.
- Conduct market research to gather insights on competitor activities and consumer trends.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily/weekly sales reports and activity logs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement local promotional activities.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the retail or consumer goods sector.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the region.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
