Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and prospect potential clients within the Batangas region to grow the sales pipeline.
- Conduct regular site visits and product demonstrations to prospective and existing customers.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial lead generation and qualification to closing the deal.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate the value proposition of Machinebanks' equipment.
- Develop and nurture long-term professional relationships with key decision-makers.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts to management on a timely basis.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in field sales or business development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a field-based role.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and sales tracking software.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license is highly preferred.
- Resident of or willing to relocate to Batangas City.
