Tanggung Jawab
- Visit prospective clients in the assigned territories of Benguet and La Union to introduce Firefly’s product lines.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our electrical and lighting solutions.
- Identify and qualify new sales leads to expand the company’s customer base.
- Maintain and update accurate customer records and sales reports in the company database.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements with clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local sales strategies and promotional activities.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in field sales, retail sales, or customer service is an advantage.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are mandatory for this field-based role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse clients.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with electrical products or home improvement industry is a plus.
