Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly targets in the Bulacan/Valenzuela area
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while prospecting new business opportunities
- Conduct regular field visits to understand customer needs and promote Würth's industrial product portfolio
- Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient sales operations and positive working environment
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent sales experience)
- Minimum 1-2 years of field sales experience in industrial/technical products preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license with willingness to travel within assigned territory
- Proven ability to work independently while collaborating with team members
- Knowledge of Bulacan/Valenzuela market geography and business landscape
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications
