Tanggung Jawab
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales agents to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand market reach
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor team performance and provide coaching
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 2 years experience in sales or team management
- Strong leadership and motivational skills with experience in recruitment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of financial products and services is an advantage
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be willing to travel within the assigned territory
