Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct systematic market scanning to identify new business opportunities and untapped territories
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to achieve quarterly targets
- Recover and reactivate inactive accounts through targeted outreach and value propositions
- Present technical product specifications and solutions to commercial and industrial clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term loyalty and repeat business
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate product demonstrations and promotions
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts using CRM systems
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in electrical or B2B products
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in assigned territories
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for field operations
- Proficiency in CRM software and digital sales tools
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling capabilities
- Knowledge of local business landscape in Zamboanga del Sur
- High school diploma; Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business preferred
