Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and approach potential business clients within the Central region.
- Present and demonstrate payment solution products to merchants effectively.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing business partners.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and cold calling to closing deals.
- Provide insightful feedback from the market to the management team to improve product adoption.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and professional follow-ups.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'A' Levels, Diploma, or Degree in any field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in field sales, retail sales, or business development preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in a target-driven environment.
- Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of a second language is a plus for client negotiations.
- Professional grooming and a positive, can-do attitude.
