- Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territory
- Revive and reactivate inactive accounts to maximize revenue potential
- Achieve monthly sales targets and collection quotas
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitor activities
- Prepare and present compelling product demonstrations and proposals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in field sales or account management (1-3 years)
- Strong understanding of electrical and lighting products preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Resilient and adaptable to changing market conditions
- Local knowledge of Quezon Province area advantageous
