In this role, you will be the face of our company in the San Juan, Mandaluyong, and Pasig areas, tasked with expanding our market reach and ensuring our industry-leading lighting solutions reach the right partners.
You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by cultivating long-term client relationships and identifying new business opportunities. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Conduct regular field visits to existing clients to maintain strong relationships and ensure product availability.
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new retail and commercial accounts within assigned territories (San Juan, Mandaluyong, Pasig).
- Present new product lines and promotions to clients, providing technical product knowledge.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable feedback to the sales management team.
- Prepare accurate daily sales reports, inventory updates, and collection status reports.
- Resolve client concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in field sales, trade merchandising, or business development, preferably in FMCG or hardware/lighting sectors.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse client profiles.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills to handle multiple routes effectively.
- Proficiency in basic MS Office tools (Excel, Word) for reporting purposes.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and the ability to travel within the assigned Metro Manila areas.
- Strong negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset.
