Firefly Electric & Lighting Corp., a leader in the Philippine electrical and lighting industry, is looking for a dynamic Field Sales Representative to join our team in the San Juan, Mandaluyong, and Pasig areas.
In this role, you will be the face of our trusted Filipino brands, acting as a consultant to our clients and driving revenue growth across your assigned territory. You will manage a portfolio of accounts, identify new business opportunities, and ensure that our products remain the top choice for consumers and businesses alike. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Conduct regular field visits to maintain and expand relationships with existing and potential retail and corporate clients.
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within the San Juan, Mandaluyong, and Pasig territories.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing valuable feedback to the management team.
- Prepare and present professional sales proposals and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market data in the company CRM.
- Collaborate with internal logistics and marketing teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and product availability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in field sales, retail, or distribution (experience in electrical/lighting products is a major plus).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage a field schedule effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and modern CRM tools.
- Must be willing to travel extensively within the assigned areas of San Juan, Mandaluyong, and Pasig.
- Possession of a driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle is preferred.
