Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within assigned territory
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales plans to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and decision-makers
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase technical solutions
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for management review
Kualifikasi
- 1-2 years of field sales experience in electrical, construction, or related industry
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with technical product knowledge
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering preferred
