In this role, you will act as a key Business Development representative, driving revenue by connecting contractors, architects, and homeowners with our high-quality construction materials. You will be the face of our brand, navigating the local market, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring our clients receive the best solutions for their building needs. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the Baguio construction market.
- Conduct regular site visits and face-to-face meetings with contractors, property developers, and supply chain partners.
- Present and demonstrate product features to prospective clients to drive sales growth.
- Prepare accurate sales quotations, proposals, and contract agreements.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide technical advice and service excellence.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to suggest improvements to our sales strategies.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven track record in field sales, business development, or account management (2+ years experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of construction materials or building industry supply chains.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working effectively with minimal supervision in a field environment.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel within the Benguet region.
- Proficiency in local dialects and professional English.
