Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Field Sales Representatives and Store Specialists to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor and evaluate field performance, providing real-time coaching to improve sales techniques and customer engagement.
- Manage the end-to-end distribution process within the assigned territory to ensure product availability and brand visibility.
- Oversee collection activities and ensure financial compliance, tracking daily sales reports and cash remittances.
- Conduct regular site visits to provide on-the-ground support and ensure standard operating procedures are strictly followed.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to provide actionable insights to management for better territory planning.
- Resolve customer or retailer issues promptly to maintain strong business relationships and store performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in a supervisory or team-lead role within the FMCG or retail sales industry.
- Strong understanding of sales operations, distribution channels, and collection management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse team members.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic financial reporting tools.
- High level of integrity, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel and perform field work across the Bulacan area.
